Each product page includes a detailed geometry chart. We recommend measuring your inseam and reach, then comparing them to our size guide. If you are between sizes, our performance consultants are available via chat to help you choose based on your riding style.
What is your return policy on high-performance components?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for safety reasons, installed components or customized wheelsets cannot be returned unless a manufacturing defect is present.
Do you offer international shipping for bikes and frames?
Yes, Saddleback Elite ships globally. International orders are handled via premium couriers to ensure maximum protection. Please note that customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and vary by country.
How long does it take to process a custom build order?
Custom builds typically require 7 to 14 business days for assembly, tuning, and safety testing by our master mechanics before they are securely crated for shipment.
Are your carbon fiber products covered by a warranty?
Absolutely. All Saddleback Elite carbon frames and components come with a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. We also offer a crash replacement program at a discounted rate for original owners.
