Returns & Exchanges

At Saddleback Elite Performance Cycling, we stand by the quality of our gear and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unused merchandise in its original packaging. Our goal is to ensure every rider is equipped with the perfect fit for maximum performance on the road.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the unworn items, including all original tags and technical documentation, into the original shipping box or a similar protective container.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old barcodes are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 business days.
